4. Purchases & Payments

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Fons, Stripe, CashApp). 
• You authorize Company and its processors to charge your payment method.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges.
   

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final and nonrefundable.
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Unused session credits expire 90 days from purchase.
• Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited.
   

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and assets—including The Lucrativity System™, Lucrativity Compass™, Grow Your Money Voice™, Grow Your Business Voice™, Selling Beyond the Performance Matrix™, The Elite Business Voice™, Lucrative Elite 1:1™, Lucrative Elite: Enterprise™ and all related content—are the exclusive property of Lucrative Living, LLC D.B.A. The Lucrative Voice. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse our IP without expressed written consent.

7. Testimonials & Results

Testimonials are real experiences but not guarantees. Your outcomes depend on your decisions, circumstances, and implementation.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or infringe on Company IP.
