My story at a glance...
I tried to "make it" as a professional singer, actor, voice teacher, and more. And in many ways beyond my imagination, I DID! But I also had some serious failures. I failed to put myself out there enough, I failed to stand up for my worth, and I failed to charge according to the results I could deliver. Maybe, as a baritone, I performed too many roles where the character died, almost died, or their scheme failed!
I lost most of what I had waiting around for the "perfect" and "secure" job I thought my degrees guaranteed. I nearly lost everything else when I had serious imposter syndrome around selling to the people I'm most meant to serve.
But not any more…And I don’t want this to be the story for anyone else either!
Over the years, I've done a lot of personal development studying, pursued money mindset coaching certification, and worked with multiple master coaches while learning to prepare to be a coach and mentor for fellow artistic entrepreneurs, mentors, and leaders where they really need help..+_.
Mind(set) over Matter!
Entrepreneurship, or your next level of it, doesn't have to be hard. It should feel easy because you're doing what you most want and you're most meant to do. But we need to master our mindsets and overcome the subconscious beliefs and value systems that can really hold us back from going after the success we desire and deserve.

We need to master our voices when it comes to money!
Sound weird?
Developing our voices is an often unspoken part of earning more. It's why voice lessons, regardless of talent, have the potential to make us so much more valuable in any profession.
It literally pays to sound more confident while selling, presenting, and leading others. But even more important than the physical voice is developing the inner voice, or our mindset, before our voices are even heard!
The real secret to actually earning more is to simply keep developing your voice and getting better at asking with conviction for sales, higher prices, and help. And we have to know how to ask the right people for the right reasons with the utmost honesty, trust, and integrity.
It's not enough to just understand it intellectually though. It requires mastery. And checking your ego! But if you're really willing to study and put in the work, then in just a matter of time, you can have practically anything you want!
(But schools don’t really teach this! )
School doesn't teach us how to earn money. It teaches us how to go to work.
In fact, our natural ability to even ask for money can atrophy as we grow up!
Most of us grew up with a subconscious programming or conditioning that made us not feel worthy of more, or at least not too much more. We've been raised and trained to just get good grades and to only think about money, business, and our careers from the view of what's "safe" instead of really go after our dreams.
So if we want lasting wealth and business success, or our next level of it, we need to understand our current subconscious programming and override it with a new set of more empowering beliefs.
In other words, if we want to make more money, we need to get over the fear of doing the things that will allow us to make more money!
BUT it's also not enough to just work on our mindsets! 💡
We also need real-time strategies, skills, habits, ideas, and a supportive community so we actually can manifest or "call in" the money we desire in the modern world. (It's like they forgot to teach this too, even in many business schools! 😬)
