How will our sessions be conducted?
Sessions are held via Zoom or phone—whichever feels most comfortable and convenient for you. You’ll simply need a quiet space and the ability to take notes. If another method works better for you, we can discuss it.
Can we meet in person?
Occasionally, yes—if we’re in the same city at the same time. But for flexibility and consistency, this is designed to be a virtual experience.
How much time will this require?
Sessions typically run 45–60 minutes. Outside of that, you’ll have freedom to work through any exercises or reflections on your own time—without pressure or busywork. This is meant to support your life, not disrupt it.
What if I need to reschedule?
